JOINING

The Mensa Philippines membership fees are as follows:

You may pay your dues by depositing the membership fee at any Metrobank branch. The account name is "Mensa Philippines" and the savings account number is 3-192-09660-0. Please write your name on a duplicate of the deposit slip.

Kindly let us know about your payment so we can properly credit it. Send a clear photocopy of your deposit slip through any of the following

(Optional) While a fax or mailed hard copy is better and allows us to properly post your payment, you may also send e-mail to office@ph.mensa.org along with the following details:

• Name
• Amount
• Date
• Teller ID ***note
• MetroBank branch

***note: TellerID - in the bank's computer stamp on your deposit slip, the first line should show - "3-192-09660-0 MENSA PHILS". The TellerID is a 4 to 5 digit number directly below this line and between the last dash "-" and the "M"of "MENSA".

If you intend to scan-in a copy of the deposit slip, please use black & white settings and a medium resolution to minimize the size of the attached jpeg file.

Please retain a third copy for your files.

WARNING: Your membership cannot be credited until we receive a copy of the deposit slip. Then and only then will you receive a membership card from our membership director, as well as a schedule of Mensa activities you can join.

RENEWING AN OLD MEMBERSHIP

TRANSFERRING FROM ANOTHER COUNTRY

Please submit your: Name, Birthdate and Mensa ID# via mail, fax or email to the address or numbers above (e-mail preferred)
